Forest Concepts has turned the corner from start-up and proof-of-concept to one of expansion and improving financial performance. In 2007 our revenues from sale of products and professional services exceeded $1 million for the first time. Our intellectual property portfolio and pipeline continue to grow. We are seeking new capital to support our need for 1) production equipment, 2) working capital to expand marketing and to finance inventory to fill the distribution chain, and 3) accelerate development of advanced products and systems.

The company currently has approximately ten investors/unit holders, of which the majority are active in the management of the company. Our desire is that our next investor/investors contribute significant working capital and fresh perspectives. For someone with an interest in the environment and a social conscience, this should be an interesting and fun involvement.

Investment in Forest Concepts, LLC is available only to accredited and/or sophisticated individual investors (angels), corporations, venture capital firms and members of the financial services community. Prospective investors must understand that Forest Concepts is a closely held company, and that its units and debt instruments may have a limited or no market. Unitholders further understand that the value of the units purchased may fall as well as rise in the future. The unitholders may lose some or all of Unitholder's investment in Forest Concepts.
